Hi, I’m Alexandra Lauture
I’m passionate about helping others feel whole, well, and connected to their inner compass that guides their journey towards peace and health.
Through mindfulness based coaching and yoga philosophy, I believe my clients can meet their wellness goals and elevate their life experience — mind, body, and spirit.
I studied at the University of North Florida to gain foundational knowledge of community health with a heart to educate various demographics on basic wellness principles. Along my journey as a health educator, I stumbled upon the world of health coaching and knew it was a perfect fit. I become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach through NBHWC and have been a practicing coach for five years.
My approach to coaching has since evolved. I’ve learned through my own personal journey and the diligent effort of my clients that mindful awareness sits at the forefront of change. In order to deeply understand our current state and visualize what we want, we must slow down and become the center of the now. Navigating the chaos of the mind and relaxing our bodies with simple tools is an effective way to create lasting meaningful changes in our habits.
After making this discovery, I studied to become a Certified Vippasana (Insight) Meditation Teacher with the Aura Wellness Center. I unearthed the power of meditation. Fascinated with this branch of yoga, I furthered my studies with Yoga Vidya Gurukul (based in India) to become a Certified Yoga Teacher, completing 250 wonderful hours learning yoga philosophy, asana, pranayama, meditation, cleansing techniques, and yoga morals and principles.
I’ve blended these modalities with my experience to create a holistic approach for my clients. My mission is to sit with my clients in a non-judgmental space that offers curiosity, compassion, and the highest belief that we are all capable of meaningful change peace that reflects in our health.
I’m honored to support individuals, small groups, and businesses on their journey towards balanced and peaceful living. I truly believe that mindfulness can be practiced by anyone and in any setting. Mindfulness is a very personal journey and I enjoy helping all of my clients navigate their own unique paths — this is what makes this work so rewarding for me.
